I take 3-4 per day. They don't upset my stomach and I have only occasional garlic burps (mainly after breakfast for some reason). I can't complain though, from what my doc said, these are very high quality. Garlic is good for a lot of what ails you from high blood pressure to lowering blood sugar to other antimicrobial properties. And it's a lot easier than taking a clove of raw garlic every night (which I used to do -- but my carpool mentioned that, uh, they could tell I eat a lot of garlic).
