How to Set Up My Account


PRACTITIONERS

STEP 1: Go to CREATE WHOLESALE ACCOUNT (in the drop-down menu) then go to INDIVIDUAL PRACTITIONER APPLICATION (solo practitioners) or GROUP PRACTICE APPLICATION (multiple practitioners) and fill out the application. Please ensure you have your active license to upload and a copy of your resale license if you have one. All practitioners must have an active license to be approved for an Alight Health wholesale account.


STEP 2: In 1-2 business days, you will receive an email informing you of approval and instructions on how to proceed with placing orders and setting up your new password to your account.


STEP 3:  Place your orders by logging in using your email and password!

PATIENT-DIRECT ORDERING UNDER PRACTITIONER

*Please note: Practitioners must be approved and have gone through steps above first.

STEP 1: Login to your wholesale account. Go to CREATE WHOLESALE ACCOUNT, then go to VIRTUAL DISPENSARY ACCESS if you wish for ALIGHT Health to fulfill all of your patient orders and fill out the application form.


STEP 2: You will be directed to your Virtual Dispensary Dashboard and will see your Referral Code in all caps. Make sure you select your Country and Connect Your Bank Account to start receiving commissions on your patient orders once you get to $150.


STEP 3: Provide your referral code to your patients, and instruct your patients to go to CREATE PATIENT ACCOUNT to set up their own account. Your patients will need your referral code to use in their application.


STEP 4: In 1-2 business days, your patient will receive an email informing them of approval and instructions on how to proceed forward with setting up their new password to their account.



PATIENTS

STEP 1: Get the referral code from your practitioner. **Please note: Your practitioner must have a wholesale account with Alight Health (gone through the above steps) in order to be provided with a referral code.


STEP 2: Go to CREATE PATIENT ACCOUNT to apply for a patient account using the referral code provided by your practitioner.


STEP 3: In 1-2 business days, you will receive an email informing you of approval and instructions on how to proceed forward with setting up your new password to your account.


STEP 4: Place your orders by logging in using your email and password! Be sure to use your referral code on your 1st order to get your discount!
