Return Policy

1. Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the orders delivered date.

2. Product(s) must be unopened and in brand new condition.

3. A 15% restocking fee will be charged.

4. Contact customer service to start the return process by emailing contact@alighthealthformulas or fill out the contact form

5. You will then receive your return label.

6. Include a copy of your receipt inside the box.

7. Original order and returns shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

8. All barcodes on products must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are non-returnable.

9. Reports of damaged products or order discrepancies must be communicated to Alight Health Formulas within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for return/replacement.

 

International Orders (Canada) All Canadian orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on international orders. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 72 hours of receipt at contact@alighthealthformulas.com or through our contact form and we will review your case individually.
