The cellulose capsules (vegetarian) are the standard larger size but not difficult to swallow. A serving is 2 capsules so this is one month supply - majormusiclover
Comes in a brown glass bottle to protect the integrity of contents. -AU
This supplement contains AREDS (Age-Related Disease Study) components to include vitamin E, lutein, a fat-soluble pigment found in plants, and zeaxanthin, a similar carotenoids or pigment, in what seems to be double the recommended daily amounts. Reading more closely, this bottle contains 60 capsules, with a recommended serving of two per day, so my inclination is take one supplement per day and have it cover the recommended amount and last for two months instead of one. While ColorGuard does not contain the zinc stipulated in AREDS2, I myself am taking a zinc supplement separately for immune support. -JB
