How To Set Up Your Affiliate Account

STEP 1: Create an account by selecting "Create An Account" in our pull out menu.
STEP 2: Click on "Affiliate Dashboard" in the drop-down menu.
STEP 3: Click on "Register" and fill out the Affiliate Form Application.
STEP 4: After you have filled out the Affiliate Form Application, please allow 24-48 hours after applying to be accepted and registered as an affiliate.
STEP 5: After approval, visit your "Affiliate Dashboard" in the drop-down menu to view your referral code and link which you can provide to all of your family, friends, and/or patients. Please use on all your social media channels!

10% commission / 0 discount offered
5% commission / 5% discount offered
Full Commission Affiliates (No Discount Offered)
Affiliates with a full commission account earn a 10% commission on all eligible referral orders and do not offer a customer discount. Referrals must use the affiliate’s referral link or code on their first order only in order for commissions to be tracked. Once connected, all future orders are automatically attributed to the affiliate without needing the link or code again. Full commission affiliates may also use their referral link or code for self orders. The link or code only needs to be used one time, after which the account is permanently connected and future self orders will continue to earn commission automatically. If the link or code is used again after the account is already connected, an error message stating the code or link is not valid may appear. This simply means the account is already linked and commissions are still being tracked correctly.
Commission + Discount Affiliates
Affiliates with a commission plus discount account earn a 5% commission and offer their referrals a 5% discount on each order. For this account type, the referral link or code must be used on every order in order for both the discount and commission to apply. This applies to both referral orders and self orders. If the link or code is not used at checkout, neither the discount nor the commission will be applied.
