This spring I was experiencing the worst hay fever ever since I've been in this country (nine years). I also had really bad hey fever when I lived in Europe and I used to have to take antihistamines to be able to leave the house, but even with those, I would still have some symptoms. When I moved here I decided I didn't want to take any medicine. This year my allergies were so bad I was actually considering taking them again. I had taken a quercetin supplement in the past from a different brand and it didn't help much. I read about combining quercetin with nettle in an article and thought about giving quercetin another try. I took three capsules in the evening almost a month ago and the following day I had no issues with pollen. I have been almost symptom free since I started taking it. Only the very occasional sneezing, which I can live with, but before my eyes were burning all the time, I couldn't sleep, the roof of my mouth was constantly itchy, even my ears, lips and face were itchy! My nose felt like an open faucet and the skin around my nose was terribly irritated. I wasn't able to go to the park with my daughter. It was really bad! I had even tried sublingual drops for over a month with no luck. A couple of days ago I gave some of these quercetin/nettle pills to my neighbor, who had told me that he was taking the strongest antihistamines available because of how bad his allergies were. He stopped taking those to give this a try and after taking the quercetin/nettle supplement for a couple of days he told me that he can finally stop taking those meds and he will order some of these. Of course what can work for someone won't always work for everyone, but at least my neighbor and I have had amazing results with this product. -MDF
