Is this the same as a tincture? And why glycerine?

No. Traditional tinctures use alcohol as the base. Yummy Tummy™ uses glycerine instead. A plant-based liquid that is naturally sweet, easy to take, and gentle on sensitive systems. No harsh taste, no alcohol, and no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. Most kids take it without any fuss.

Can I mix it into food or liquid?

Yes. Yummy Tummy™ can be taken straight or mixed into water, juice, or any room temperature food or drink. For best results, take 5 to 10 minutes before meals.

How do I take Yummy Tummy™ and how long does one bottle last?

The recommended adult dose is ½ teaspoon up to three times daily, best taken 5 to 10 minutes before meals. For children, adjust the dose according to body weight following Clark's Rule under adult supervision. Each bottle contains 60mL. Note: Yummy Tummy™ is not for use during pregnancy.

Can I take Yummy Tummy™ with other supplements or medications?

While Yummy Tummy™ is formulated with naturally-derived ingredients, we strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement if you are currently taking prescription medications. If you or your child are taking SSRIs, please consult your healthcare provider before use and consider starting at half the recommended dose, as SSRIs may increase the potency of herbal glycerites.

Is it vegan / gluten-free / soy-free / dairy-free?

Yes. Yummy Tummy™ is vegan and does not contain alcohol, gluten, or soy. The ingredients themselves are dairy-free, however Yummy Tummy™ is manufactured in a facility that also processes dairy, so we cannot guarantee it is free of dairy cross-contact. If you have a severe dairy allergy or sensitivity, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

How should I store Yummy Tummy™?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the lid tightly closed when not in use. Refrigeration is not required but will not harm the product.
