It also includes DAO enzyme to break down circulating histamine and American ginseng to support the stress response triggered during a mast cell reaction.*

What is tryptase and why does it matter?

Tryptase is an enzyme mast cells produce to digest their own cell wall, allowing them to break open and release their inflammatory contents. Supporting healthy tryptase levels is a key part of stabilizing the mast cell response upstream, rather than managing symptoms after degranulation has already occurred.*

How do I take Mast ComplX™ and how long does one bottle last?

The recommended dose is 3 capsules daily with or without meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Each bottle contains 90 capsules, providing a 30-day supply at the standard dose.

Yes, the capsules can be opened and mixed into food or liquid. Keep in mind some of the herbal ingredients have a bitter, earthy taste so mixing with a strongly flavored liquid or food works best.
